Is your only location in the U.S. in the Houston, TX (Conroe) area? Yes. It is our primary location in the U.S., but that should be of no consequence as we sell more covers out of state than we sell in all of Texas! The reason for this is that shipping costs are pretty much the same from our manufacturing plant to anywhere in the U.S. It should be noted that from a price perspective, if you buy a cover from us, we guarantee that you will get the best price. If by chance you find a local retailer re-selling this cover, you will likely pay considerably more purchasing this cover locally.
As we sell so many covers in such large volumes, we truly do pass the savings along (that's the only way we can guarantee the lowest prices anywhere). As a result, local retailers have a very difficult time matching our prices. In addition, any local retailer would likely face greater shipping charges as we ship in such large volumes we have the extremely low freight charges. To ensure that we remain competitive, we pass the shipping cost directly over to you without markup.
Also, when buying locally, you will probably pay another $40.00 or so in local taxes that we do not charge our customers when we ship anywhere outside of the State of Texas. As savings are typically better when buying from us than when buying locally, we will likely remain focused on selling these covers from this primary location.

What is the Warranty on this cover? UNDERCOVER's General Warranty Terms are as follows: This warranty is provided by the manufacturer and warrants that the tonneau will be structurally free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the retail date of purchase. This warranty includes the ABS polymer structure, locking hardware, installation hardware. There is a (1) year warranty on the gas lift struts. Your original sales receipt will serve as proof of purchase for this warrant. This warranty applies only to the original truck of original installation. What must I do to maintain the ABS Cover Material? The ABS polymer body of your cover requires periodic cleaning with mild car wash soap. Once washed and dried, we recommend 303 Protectant® as your first choice. You can also use Armor All®, and Son-of-A-Gun®, will also preserve the finish of your cover for years to come. DO NOT USE CHEMICALS SUCH AS PINE SOL®,WINDEX, or any cleaners using ammonia or other harsh chemicals. Avoid use of all abrasive type cleansers as they may dull the finish. What must I do to maintain the locks? The locking mechanisms of your tonneau cover require only periodic lubricating with lithium grease (available from any hardware type store). Do not use penetrating oils as they will attract dirt and dust. Wipe any excess lubricant off of the surface of your tonneau and locking mechanisms. Back to Top
